Days are getting shorter and colder but we’ve also got a treat for that!
Our bike and run club is starting! We’ll show you how we go about using our treats as fuel twice a week.
Every Monday 5:30pm we’ll be doing three 30 minute workouts on the half hour. Join us for one or join us for three. Location and workouts will be posted the Friday before. We’ll move it around to make it accessible to all.
On Wednesdays 6:30am we’ll be doing two 30 minute workouts on the half hour. Join us for one or both. This one will always be at Knead a Brake but keep an eye out for Mondays post to know what to bring.
Monday October 13th will start at Knead a Brake. Bring a bike you are comfortable using on the confederation trail.
Almost forgot, we’ll bring breakfast!
